Find them with PodSpot

PodSpot cannot find this AirPods Max case on its own. Search for the earbuds while they are out of the case and advertising.

  1. Take the earbuds out of the AirPods Max case so they can advertise.
  2. Open PodSpot on your iPhone and start a scan.
  3. Find the earbuds in the list (Near or Far). Tap a row to open the signal screen.
  4. Walk slowly from room to room. The signal percentage rises as you get closer.
  5. When the earbuds are nearby, play a sound from PodSpot so they beep.
  6. When you find them, save the spot in PodSpot under Previous Locations.

What PodSpot can and can't do

PodSpot is strongest for the last stretch, when you know your AirPods Max case are close but cannot see them. A rising signal percentage helps when a beep is hard to hear.

PodSpot does not use Apple's Find My network. It only reads Bluetooth signals nearby.

Can I find AirPods Max case that are dead?
